I just wanted to let you know that I am very satisfied with the truck that you had sold me. I was concerned of buying it sight unseen. I had a frustrating, unpleasant experience the last time I did that with another company. You were fair & honest when I bought the dozer hitch a few years ago. I am writing to let you know what an outstanding product your company makes for the
manufactured home industry. I have used several types of hitches in the past and now
my toter is equipped with a Kingsley Fisher 6 way High Tower Hitch from Precision Trucking
and the performance surpasses every other hitch in the country! The KF Hitch has allowed
me to perform manufactured home installations that would have been extremely time
consuming otherwise. Having your hitch on my toter has saved my company a great deal of
money in time (which is labor on the clock for my crew) and expenses (less use of wreckers,
rollers and bridging). I can't find enough great things to say about your hitch. I wouldn't try
to operate in the manufactured home installation business again without one.

One other thing. The service department and personnel are by far the most professional
and friendliest folks I have ever dealt with. Their response time, either on the phone or
on-site, is beyond the call of duty. I am a small companywith only 1 toter. But you would
think that I owned an entire fleet of transports by the way your company helps me each
and every time I contact them. Be sure and let everyone there know how proud we are to
be one of your many satisfied customers. Feel free to share our experience and our contact
